Networking and socialising are important elements of BPC.
 
Welcome reception
A welcome reception will be held at 19.30 on Saturday 6 September at Manchester Central where delegates will also be able to register for the conference, entrance is by ticket only and is free of charge. The bar will remain open after the reception for informal networking to continue.
 
Conference Dinner
The conference dinner on Sunday 7 September will take place at the Midland Hotel. After dinner entertainment from String Fever followed by dancing to the Right Stuff.
Price £56.00 + VAT. Black tie (lounge suits optional).
Dance only: for anyone not attending the dinner and who wishes to attend the after dinner entertainment there is an opportunity to buy a ticket at £5 + VAT.

Academy of Pharmaceutical Sciences Dinner

Conference Club
On each evening a conference club will be open with a late licence where delegates will be able to meet for a drink and exchange opinions.
 
Partner events
Two conferences will take place alongside BPC allowing cross fertilisation of ideas and access to the exhibition and networking opportunities.

Greater Manchester Medicines Management Group Conference
Working together to achieve consistency of care for patients across Greater Manchester, the Greater Manchester Medicines Management Group (GMMMG) seeks to provide a considered and coordinated approach to the appropriate use of medicines. Their second conference looks forward to new approaches of achieving better outcomes for patients.

The morning will feature a range of presentations, informal break-out sessions, a poster display and the opportunity to share best practice by showcasing innovative developments in medicines management across a range of settings.
